Tracy Lauzon | Owner, General Manager

Tracy has been the General Manager of Duplicators since 2001. She knows Sudbury business— and as a graduate of the Records and Information Management program at Cambrian College she entered the print industry with a unique perspective on document design and production. She approaches clients’ projects with a relaxed and professional manner, handling each one with meticulous attention to detail. She is bilingual, holds several customer service, business and design certifications, and is a constant presence in the day-to-day operation of the storefront. Tracy looks forward to meeting you and your next project’s needs!

Joe Lauzon | Owner, General Manager

Joe joined Duplicators in 2014 as Owner and General Manager to help build and grow the family business. Originally from Welland, Ontario, he first came to Sudbury in the 90’s for school, then spent 15 years managing a sales team in the insurance industry in Northeastern and Northwestern Ontario. In this role his extensive travel allowed him to develop a strong understanding of the needs of Northern businesses. He excels at building strong customer relationships through personal meetings and on-site visits, and has been known to crack a joke or two along the way. Joe looks forward to connecting with you and your business!
